At the center of the action are the "Poetry Whores,” our troupe of acclaimed poets who provide visitors with the most unique and intimate poetry experience available in Chicago. When possessed by the muse, they might perform their arts for the amusement of all in the Poetry Bordello's parlor. However, for the best experience, a visitor can request a private recitation of their favorite Poetry Whore in the confines of their boudoir for the price of a brothel token. (The Whores aren't permitted to handle money directly!) Our Whores come in all styles and fashions and even the most finicky visitors should be able to find one that appeals to their sensibilities.
